Hi,

I've been having problems with rendering out my animation. I have multiple cameras in my CHO and I'm trying to render out TGA files from one of the cameras. The frames come out blank. I made sure the cameras are active and made several changes to the options, but I'm still having a problem with AM rendering in blank frames.

I'm currently working with A:M 14c.

Thanks

I have all lights on. Actually it's working now. I restarted AM again and It working normally. I thought something fishing with the program when I saw the two alien mascot animation instead of the bigfoot mascot in the render window. Something must have interfered with the program.

Those render animation alternate. They have nothing to do with what you experienced. I would think that it was a video card issue.

You have two versions installed (which is okay) and you either started the old one by mistake or, your program associations are still pointing to the old version (or a shortcut is?). The black rendering maybe due to a project being rendered in an older version.

When I saw the two aliens in the render windows, I checked to see if I have the right A:M version opened. I did have A:M 14b open. Somehow it was pointing the the wrong version. Strange... ohmy.gif

You must have the older verion installed otherwise you could not see this splash screen. Not possible.

I believe I have also seen the aliens in the render window instead of the yeti at times in the same version of A:M. But I live in California.

As far as I know, the little animations changes like it likes to.
I saw the yeti, the puple thom-woman, Pedey & Jay, the ork and the orangutan all in A:M v14. I only miss dennis and the sorceres there... *snief*

But yes, start A:M again and look into the Info for it. (last menu-entry -> info).
What is the version there?

The little animation you see when rendering, yes. The startup splash screen, no. Unless I have a special version.
