It has been a while since I have used animation master, since I ended our relationship at 9, but my interest is being rekindled. I can't find anything on the web site regarding features for the current version, never mind a history of all the versions.

Since the last time I have used it, I have switched over to the Mac. How is the mac version compared to the PC?

Thanks

BTW I have checked out http://wikiold.hash.com/web_list and there is very little there regarding features.

Radiosity has been improved greatly ( I didn't have AM in 8.5 and don't know if radiosity was even there)

Realistic cloth simulations

Physics simulations

Greater stability

SSS (sub surface scattering)

Soft reflections

Improved multipass rendering

Fluid effects are being improvised

those are the major features ... and many smaller ones.

...IBL, HDRI, EXR-Renderings, Caustics, Multidimensional Smartskins, CP Weights, MUCH MUCH MUCH better Hair, Newton Physik, Renderingshaders and so many things more...

A better list of new features can be seen here:
New features in v10.0 and greater
New features in v10.5 and greater
New features in v11.0 and greater
New features in v12.0 and greater
New features in v13.0 and greater
New features in v14.0 and greater

The coming version v15.0 isnt released yet, but the alpha is showing an own NLE-Editor included and much better Fluid-Particles.
And there are countless little improvements to A:M in the workflow, the interface and of course the stability of v14.0 has NOTHING to do with v9.0.

The update-policy hasnt changed so. You can buy your update for 99 Dollars from v9.0 if you still own it...

See u...
