Make sure when you report bugs to A:M Reports, that you pick the v15 project in the upper right.

Is Material Displacement currently being worked on? The last time I check it rendered more like a transformed bump map than a displacement map.

Will, was the Windows instailler updated for this release? I've just reported that I cannot stop a Rendering Mode before it has finished.


I did a test to see if the dots disappeared when using AO and displacement mapping. The test came out negative.

Progressive is the only image that appears to be correct with White AO (seeing as how the highest elevations are white). I knew that progressive renders didn't use multipass so I thought that turning multipass off on the second render to file would work, but it only seemed to make things worse. Aside from the dots remaining, the rendering time itself increased by over 300%. There are no significant differences between the Render Mode and the Render To File renderings; the contrast between dots was reduces by using multipass, but the brightness of the surfaces have been diminished as a result of it.
