In this scene, Ozma shakes her head sadly in confirmation that Woot is stuck as a green monkey.

I'm not sure if I did a good enough job of having her confirm Woot's fears. Also, I had trouble figuring out how best to (not) move her head when she stops shaking it- I've mitigated this by having the scene end right after she stops.

That looks good. Maybe abit of chest movement as her head goes down? And some brow changes?

Hey that's great Steve!
Not sure exactly what you mean when you say "how best to (not) move her head when she stops shaking it" , but most of the time you DO want the character to keep moving a little bit after the last keyframe. Otherwise the character would stop all movement abruptly, like it was really an android whose switch was just turned off.

I've tweaked things a little, such as concentrating the eyebrow movement towards the start, slumping the body a little more and adding a bit of a tilt. It's kind of hard to see Ozma's body slumping since it's towards the camera. I also tweaked Ozma's head-shake a little so that I'm happier with the stop...

That's great Stevie,

The way you communicate a slump when the character faces the camera is to either turn the character's hips and torso so you see the bend in the body, or give the character a bit of a sideways bend in addition to the forward slump.

But in your shot, I think you did it just right. The lowering of the shoulders helps a lot.

edit;: For some reason, I'm not getting notified of new messages I subscribed to until about four days after the new post was made. Is this happening to everyone? Or is there some setting I need to change.
