Hi,
There is still some work to do but I post this not to go wrong somewhere when there is little time left. The magic is still missing and I have to empty Scarecrow later this weekend.

This looks really good!!!
I'm not sure if this would be too much work but the effect would be cool. Instead of having straw bear just vanish and having unstuffed Scarecrow lying there, have him sorta morph back into scarecrow by scaling straw bear up to his general size and setting straw bear's transparency to cause him to fade out. Set Scarecrow's transparency to 100 at start and have him fade in as straw bear fades out. This all happens very fast (maybe 3 or 4 frames) but I think the effect might look cool.

Edit:
Sorry to have to tell you this.
I just realized that this shot is 2 shots before mine (I'm working on 3_05_09). Your shot doesn't line up with the following shot (3_05_08). Scarecrow in that shot is lying on the dirt road and the person who worked on that shot has Scarecrow not able to move because of not having enough straw. in this shot you have him sitting up. You should update the previous shot and look at it. I'm doing the 3_05_09 shot based on that shot. If you look at my rough draft, you'll see scarecrow with his arms outstretched lying almost perpendicular in the road.
