We begin "final" rendering Act II next week. Since 2_05 and the second half of 2_02 have music, we'll do them first. Chris Caouette tells me he'll have the music for 2_06 soon, so that will be next on the Render Farm. After that I want to render 2_03 & 2_07 - both have been lit. Rendering for all of this will take us through the end of September.

Mark Skodacek lit the outdoor parts of 2_08. I think Stian Wahlvaag is lighting the indoor parts? Then there's the 7 Yoop Castle sequences that Stian can, hopefully, light quickly.

This leaves 2_01, the first part of 2_02, and 2_04 in limbo. We'll come back and see how the animation for those shots are doing after we finish rendering the Yoop sequences.

We have to show the movie at the end of October at AFM. Since, obviously, we won't be done rendering the first time (there will be another time), we certainly can't deliver the movie as "done." That means we'll need to fix up whatever problems we can from what we do have rendered, then re-render those sequences and pretend to be closer than we might actually be, (silly us). October will be devoted to that.

Primary animation for the whole movie will be finished by November (assuming our current level of output). We should be able to have all of the movie rendered for the first time by February 2008 when Dylan Perry visits to edit the whole mess together. We'll spend the remaining weeks of our schedule cleaning up as much as we can then do a final render, post, and call it done by May of 2008.
