Is anyone available to rig this new generic Winkie?

If it simplifies things, he doesn't need arm bending and the face needs only
-mouth open and close
-eyeball direction
-eyelid blinking
nice-to-haves but maybe not essential would be
-smile/frown control
-eyebrow control
and if there's more than one person available to rig, is there any chance of getting this more youthful winkie rigged?:

This one should be about 4/5ths the height of the adult Winkie is he isn't scaled that way now.
