This is an easy step. (all side views)

Translate the head install bone on the Y and Z axis to the base of the head.

Scale head install bone to the top of the head.

Translate the neck install bone on the Y and Z axis to the base of the neck.

Translate the chest install bone on the Y and Z axis to the base of the chest.

Translate the mid section install bone on the Y and Z axis to the start of the waist.

Hide the head/neck/spine install bones.

Save project.

ONTO STEP 6

Step 5 has been updated with new image. The settings have changed do to step 2 changes. I missed this one when I posted the updated rig. Sorry about that. It's not that big a deal if you don't make these changes.
