If these are already textured, where are they, and if not...

Who wants to texture:

KING BAL
CHIEF LOON
ASUNDRY LOONS
KenH
I think it was Nancy (who's otherwise occupied at the moment). Maybe she has them on her local folder.

Yes, the big red Guilt button is prominently plastered on my forehead, and to atone for my slothly sins, I shall start texturing the loons:

Here's the images of the samples I posted back in sept 2006 in Rodney's thread:

I'm not sure if I used the chief loon or King Bal - but I will start texturing the widdle baby loons in a similar style to the black/white set or maybe the red set (not sure yet) & hopefully be able to make a pose slider that will choose a variation. Not sure what I'll do to King or Chief Loon. Hopefully something nasty. But definitely color coordinated in a tasteful looney way

So is anyone else working on the LOONS currently? I do not want to start until I know that no rigging/modeling mods are being made.

And I don't want to hear no whining...especially from me.
KenH
The thing about texturing the generic loon is that he'll have the same texture everytime he's replicated making it look very obvious it's the same model. Unless you going to make 50 textures....or it's a generic look. wink.gif Chief loon and King Bal won't be a problem. Maybe they're colored/tattooed because of their status.....

Ken - I guess ya missed the part about the pose slider - and yes someone will have to go into previous scenes and flip the pose slider to choose between about 10 different textures (see the Black white set) - maybe there will be a nose color picker as well
KenH
I did. Well done you! biggrin.gif

Hmmm...I am noticing that the chief loon & generic loon (but not King Bal) have been modified (by someone else) using ver 14.02.

A. I was under the impression that model monkeying was NOT to be done using vers 14 (yet).
B. I was assuming only animation work was being done with 14 -

Are both assumptions True/False?

What's the current plan ? Shall I continue to work in 13s and not worry about wiping out ver 14 alpha?, beta? work?

V14 doesn't hurt UNTIL we add SSS.

Animation can go back and forth no problem.

When SSS is added then no more V13 modeling.

I was the last one to modify the Generic Loon, it had already been saved in v14, so I did as well. I'm not sure who originally saved it in v14 though.
