Hi,

Use this link. Notice I just removed the s1.hashmirror part and replaced it with www.hash.com, I think the mirror was when they were moving servers.

s1.hashmirror is back in our DNS record it goes to the same place as ftp.hash.com

I'm trying to watch this but both Firefox and explorer just get stuck. One time I got a message that I need an additional apple codex but it doesn't say which one?
