has this rig changed? i did a update today and the tinmans arms went crazy. it seems to be a extra bone in the shoulders and it is affecting all scenes. i tried to revert but it said the file was empty. i deleted the tinman folder and updated it. still the same and still cannot revert. can someone let me know whats up because i am working on scene with him in it and can not figure out the issue.

This can be easily fixed by deleting the keys in the former shoulder bones. We have been going through the existing Act I animation and doing this before rendering. You can wait for me or Steve to do it, or you can try it yourself. It's not too difficult.

Make sure you capture the uber funny bloopers that resulted from this.. like this one.. you cant buy humor this good...
