I am working on a pilot childrens program I am in need of assistance animating 2 additional scenes. It is rather straight forward animation I am using 2d background plates and animating 3d characters in front. You can view a short :30 sec example of one of the scenes.
S3_V1.wmvHere is the catch I need the other 2 scenes - aprox 2 min each done by next Friday.
Please let me know if you are interested
Thanks,
Sam

To update I am getting some of the same questions
The back sell is this The program is called Professor Woodpeckers Tree House Its a pilot program that consist of live action A person in a Woodpecker suit and 3 kids then to tell the story they change into animated characters the woodpecker and the 3 kids.
The 2 episodes I need are
Banana Sandwiches In this episode the cast find themselves in a jungle and they meet Jerry the guerrilla who tells them about bananas and how they are good for you.
For that episode we need a couple of background plates that look like the jungle and I dont have the guerrilla but I was hoping to find something out there in the animation community.
The other episode is
Cereal In this episode the cast find themselves on a farm and they meet Billie the goat who tells them about all the things on a farm that are used to make cereal. We need Billie the goat once again I was hoping to find something in the animation community. As well, we need a few background plates that look like backgrounds on a farm
We do have the primary characters 1 Woodpecker 3 kids
We do have a script
We do have the voice over work done
We are trying to get this done for $1,000 to $2,000
Please let me know

well, I could give it a try. As long as you have all the models, and everything. I cant do the mouth actions though, that will be left up to you. and also, is this going to be on tv? umm, so send me an email at nunsofamerica@yahoo.com

I would need the animator to do the lip synk as well as the action - As I stated in my prior post - this is 2d background plates with 3d characters in front. As far as the TV side - this is just to show the concept only - thats why its 2d with 3d over - and not paying too much attention to lip synk and primary - secondary annimation. If this project goes somewhere then we would need to do more - and have a real budget - for now its a concept piece.
thanks,

Sounds like a bit more than just animating........ Several background plates PLUS 2 new models PLUS rigging those models PLUS animate all the characters in each of 2 x 2 minute scenes and all by next Friday!
Cheers

I understand the level of work needed - I just completed one of the episodes personally. As far as the elements needed the background plates are easy istockphoto.com and a simple photoshop effect and youre done. The other 2 characters I know might be a challenge but I was hoping to find something out in the animation community. The realistic approach is to find 2 separate animators to each grab a scene 1 scene in 8 days is very realistic. And I dont think $1,000 a piece for some part time work is all that bad. Remember this is to show concept if you note the example that I showed its getting it close not perfect.
All in all I hope are those in the animation community that might be up for a little fun and a challenge.
Thanks
