I'm trying to do some odd jobs on the Tin garden. But when I try to open up the actionfile (where the tingarden is assembled) or the chor, my computer starts to eat cpu. nothing happens until after many minutes. But as soon as I try to orient inside the actionfile or chor the computer starts once again lagging for several minutes. I'm not able to anything. I do have A:M v13.0o, and I've tried to turn particles/fur off.
Can someone else try to open the project to confirm or disprove that problem?

Maybe there is some massive use of hair in the chor. try to switch off hair.

At first it wouldn't open.
1. As a test, I deleted "GardenAssembly.act" from "Shortcut to CastleGarden," double-clicked the chor icon in the PWS and the window opened.
2. I then tried to open "GardenAssembly.act" itself (double-clicking on it in the PWS) and it opened.
3. I closed the Action window.
4. I then changed the Draw mode in the Choreography window to "Wireframe" (it was set to "Default").
5. I drag-and-dropped "GardenAssembly.act" back onto "Shortcut to CastleGarden" and it drew in the window fine (in Wireframe mode).
The secret is to keep it in Wireframe mode if you have the "GardenAssembly.act" in the chor.

Thanks Martin.
The problem was that I needed to preview what I had modelled in the garden together with the rest of the castle in shaded mode. I solved that by build a new assembling actionfile containing what I neede and nothing more. That way I got the fps I needed and I was able to use shaded moded
