I took a look at Nimmie's hands...the rig appears to be working correctly, with the possible exception of bending the fingers backward using the Hand Gizmo (I'll have to take a closer look to make sure). The majority of problems that you are seeing is that her fingers need to be re-weighted at the least and having more splineage added would be a lot better. It can probably be worked around without adding the splineage, but it would be easier with more. I'll put it on my list of things to do.
