Made some spiked hair awhile back by extruding and scaling, basically satisfied with the way it looks, the hair has no bones is assigned to the head bone,IS THERE A WAY TO USE HAIR GUIDES WITH THIS EXISTING HAIR AND NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL HAIR CREATED???? if not can anyone suggest a tutorial or method for quickly or not so quickly boning and animating the hair perhaps with dynamics or springs??? THANKS SO MUCH AS ALWAYS ,hope all is well with all MULLS,posted in general AM no luck so far any suggestions are appreciated huh.gif

dynamics would do the trick quiet nicely and easily. just add a bone to each hair and add a dynamic constraint to it.. adjust the stiffness to your liking.

you could use the old hair system and add the hair to a spline and close in the it of the hair
