I have a single four point patch (created from two splines so it's a renderable surface) and have applied a decal to it. The decal in question is a PNG (with an alpha channel). I tried saving it as a 32 bit TARGA file, but unfortunately, my editor of choice doesn''t seem capable of saving a TGA file with the alpha channel intact....

So I have this decal, I changed the type to cookie cutter, and it's still showing the whole image. It was my understanding that if an alpha channel was present, it would be used, but if not then it would use the color white. Neither is happening in this case, I just don't get the cookie cutter...

Wiz,
Can you post the image, I can see if the alpha channel is there and perhaps convert it to a targa for you.

After posting my question, I stumbled upon what I did incorrectly... It was my fault... Thanx tho...
