Am I nuts? I thought turbulence materials weren't... repeating.

What kind of turbulence combiner should I use to get a more non repeating look? Or are there settings in the turbulence to make it more... random?

yes this repetitiveness can be pretty annoying ..

as far as i can recall you can use multiple turbulences on one combiner. scale them differently to obscure repetition.

the other option you have is scale up the turbulence and add the finer detail by cranking up the octaves setting.
