I wondered, if it is possible to animate the stiffness of the hair over the length of it? So that I can set the base of the hair to be very stiff and the top to be more variable? Couldnt find a way to do that...
That would help to keep the hair in place and on the other hand would help to let it be dynamic...

I don't believe that is possible at the moment. A work around might be to use more than one emmitter where one is short and stiff and the other is long and bendy... with some fiddling you could get the same thing. You could use more than two emmitters also.
