Well, ok, we're not really hiring, we're extremely short on cash, and any that we do have available is usualy put into the team.

But here's the general game plan.

Step 1: Start out with web toons
Step 2: Move up to games
Step 3: (Secret step)
Step 4: Roll in the dough.

If anyone's interested in animating full length 20-30, likely around 25, minutes long episodes in a series (Flag ship series: 5-7 seasons long), for the entertainment of the masses, while splitting however many members pay 5 bucks a month equally amongst the team (very liable to fluctuate), with the donations going to the production of the team, only to later move onto selling home-made PC games, email me (to be provided shortly).

Of course, we will later be moving onto games when we get some programmers, but we will also be doing the cartoon series as well. Current main project is a fantasy realm of magic and gods (in this case, young magi vs evil gods). Curent secondary project: a slightly futuristic sci-fi remiscent of the good old japanese anime and tv shows (battle armor pilot vs gigantic monsters) of possible super-robot porportions.....

Honestly, we could use all the help we could get. It's just lil ol me doing all of the animating and rendering and music and voice acting. If anyone's interested in aiding the next greatest gaming company, feel free to ask.

!WARNING! Intensive screening process! We do not just allow anybody in for no reason. Prepare a sample of your work, expect to answer questions, and expect not to pass. We are all very finicky about who joins and who doesn't.... Can't afford any sabotage... !End Warning!

Could you elaborate on 'step 3'?

It sounds a lot like the underpants gnomes business plan:

Step 1: Collect Underpants
Step 2: ???
Step 3: Profit!

Could you point us to your reel? That would give people a good idea of where you're at and where you're going.

Do not post a message saying you're hiring then turn around and ask for volunteers.

Did you just say you want your volunteers to pay YOU to work on the project? What?

Can we get the same courtesy? Demo reel, IMDB listings, something which shows you're not a fly-by-night operation? Show us what work you've put into this so we know this is real. (paragraph long story outlines do NOT count)

Also - think smaller. You're planning 2 tv series 5-7 seasons long and a video game?

Completing one 24-minute pilot itself is a monumental task.

I think he means that they will have a website that charges a monthly fee for subscribers and that that's where the money to pay will come from.

Good luck on your projects...you're going to have your hands full.

You can't fault the guy for being ambitious.
