I'm putting a few things on the radar:
1) Nimme Amee needs two costumes: In the flashback the script calls for her to be dressed in ragged clothes and I imagin that'll be different from her clothes when the Party meets her in the "present."
2) I'll need a Nick Chopper with a tin leg. Since his coat covers his hips, a leg could prabably be copied from Tin Woodman without worrying about how the two parts will meet.
3) Scenes 2 & 3 will need Munchkin Villagers. Maybe these can be the same as Winkee Villagers but maybe not. I'd also like to be sure that there are 2 Munchkin Children (I've substituted the Straw bear in their place for now). I read that we may be able to use the Squetch rig to deform one villager model into several distinct characters so that may be the solution to making Munch-Kids.
I imagine all modelers are busy at the moment but I hope someone will refer back to this post when there's time for additional character modeling.

1) and 2) I personally would like to see the face/body rigging all ironed out before making new models with new clothes/legs. So, I imagine you could use the normal models for now and they could be swapped over to the new ones when it's closer to render time.
3) I didn't realise this scene was back in.
Edit: We could use a beardless Ku Klip for a Munchkin....

1 & 2) Excellent. Wardrobe should definitely be one of the last details to go into the characters. It shouldn't be a problem to change the shortcuts once all the details are ironed out.
3) I didn't know it had ever been cut. The 2nd and 3rd shots of Act 1 Seq 4 call for Nick to wave happily at villagers as he passes. I'll keep going with it.
Good Idea about using Ku Klip
Thanks Ken,
