For peeps who have never used and/or have no idea what AO is, could you give us an idea of the settings and how you did that?

Wow, thanks for the link. Now I know everything there is to know about AO. Can't wait to use it on my next project. This is really great stuff. I'm glad there was also a section on how to accomplish this with Animation Master.

Nice! Reminds me of something out of the old Gumby series. Even the lighting looks close.
