I have imported and saved Yves' original Skylight set trough Version 10.5o, then V12.0Q.

Now you can open them without a hitch in V12 or V13 Alpha.

I use these a lot and didn't know where to find updated ones, so I updated what was on Yves site.

Enjoy.

EDIT: For those that have never used the basic SkyLights from Yves... here's the quick and dirty instructions.

1. Import the skylight model you want to use.
2. Import the skylight action that matches the model.
3. Drag and drop the skylight model into your choreography.
4. Drag and drop the skylight action over the skylight model in your choreography.
5. Adjust the scale of the skylight model and the intensity of the light to suit your needs.

(NOTE: Originally, the instructions read that you should open the light too. Don't worry, opening the action will automatically open the light as well.)

I usually turn down the intensity of the light itself to about half of what it is originally...

To test it, do a small section with render mode and you will be able to see if it's too bright or not.

And, by the way, I'd start off with the 8 or 25 light rig first... higher than that and you will be rendering complex scenes over night again...

ATTENTION!!! for the file, see post #5... I had to repost the zip (correction of a file inside)

Okay, I found a boo-boo... the 8 light setup is fine except for the light itself, somehow I ended up saving that in V13 Alpha 4!

I'm reposting the zip with the corrected .lit file. Sorry about that folks.
