I would like to give the four-poster bed and the Box Prison for Green Monkey a try
*edit* Err, how does the locking mechanism work on the ornate box? is it a "magic" box, or is it more like an pillory mechanism with some sort of padlock on it?
quote from the script where the green monkey gets the apron on his head while his in the box:

GREEN MONKEY'S box falls open and he jumps out.

I've done an apron on the Mrs Yoop model. I wonder would we dare use the AM suit of armour as the one in the castle. Might be a nice homage.
I'll take on doing the chamber pot.

While I'm waiting for refusal or approval on the bed, I've made an principle sketch for the box prison (yeah I know this is not my field, so please ignore it if it is not relevant). Anyway, the sketch shows just an simple solution for the "mechanism" on the box, and I'm probably way off.

Stian,
It's a beautiful bed! But I'm not sure if it will hold up under Mrs.Yoop's weight. Maybe it should be either sturdier looking or saggy-looking to play up her weight. If she were to lie on it, her stomache would reach all the way up to the lace. Since I don't recall if a 4 poster bed is necessary from the animatic, I can't be sure, but it seems like the canopy would interfere with green monkey juming up and down on Mrs. Yoop's stomache trying to grab the apron.
All this doesn't take away from your exellent modelling. I'm just not sure it fits where it's needed.

No problem Jim

However, In the animatics there is an four-poster bed covered with laces on top. I could try to alter the propotions of the bed to see if it gets better. Or if there are any sketches or blueprints of the bed out there I could gladly give it a second shot.

I have altered the proportions a bit. Made the frame stronger, increased the size, and lowered the centre of gravity.. Still no good?

That's looking better. Can you make it wider, like a queen or king size? She's pretty wide herself. Maybe add several pillows and make them all smaller to give more scale to the bed size.
Can you make the matress rounder and softer looking? She thinks of herself as a real girly-girl.
Thanks,
Jim

Minor update.
Have done some minor altering on the proportions and softened the mattress. Also added an extra pillow (but at this moment it looks to much like an double bed rather than an king size bed). Perhaps some decorative pillows would do it?

I agree it should be able to take her weight but I love the bed, and it is what was in the animatic/even though shes a mean avatar I think she pictures herself as quite feminine and demure at a full 680 and 9 feet tall so the bed suits her . I think its rather funny seeing her act dainty bow the mattress .Gorgious job by the way !

I have given the bedside table an try, and here is the result. I did add an door instead of just drawers (just drawers makes it look like an chest of drawers rather than an bedside table), but its easy to remove the door to add drawers. If the design is not whats expected I can redo the model, no worries

By the way, should I upload the models to the forum, or send them to someone?

I dont think the four poster bed, prison box and the bedside table are on the SVN yet? I'm going to install SVN next week (after the easter), are there someone I could send the models to so they can be uploaded?
