In lightwave, their radiosity light could all be generated without a single light object. You could just set an object's ambience, say a block at 80%, and that alone would create light. I'm just wondering if animation master has anything like that.

With a "lightlist" you could add lights that would only illuminate the faces of the blocks. The light bouncing off the faces (in a radiosity render) would function the same as if light were emitted by the faces.

I'm presuming that lightlists are compatible with radiosity.

Hum... i'll have to try that, but one thing, I just bought version 12 and i'm not sure what a light list is... could you give some instructions or something on how to use them? But it sounds like it will work. Thanks robcat2075 smile.gif

robcat2075 you have no idea how interested i am in radiosity! it give all cg pictures a level of believability not atainable with any sort of trick or gimmic! IT'S AMAZING!! and i'm assuming a moderator is one who manages the posts... and they did remove that link
