Learn how to tell stories with Animation Master using your own models, sounds and bitmaps in four basic lessons. I believe you can learn it in four hours and then you have to practise for four more hours. Then you can teach it to others!
Animation Master is a professional program but possible to use in schools for students from 10 to 100. Other professional 3D programs you have to work with daily - not A:M - not having all those buttons and commands instead just the basic ones to use for whatever you want to do. And everything aimed at animating not just doing nice images - but that is of course possible too. These four lessons are for telling stories with lipsynched characters and some music!

You will learn the basics in A:M
Zoom, Move and Turn the modeling window. And right clicking the modeling window to change View: Front, Top, Right, Left... And changing between Render Modes: Wireframe, Shaded, Wireframe & Shaded
Making a Spline with some CPs, Modeling with Lathe and Extrude. Making a group - naming it - and coloring it. Inserting bones - making relationships between them - parent - child. Attaching CP:s to the bones. Animating in the Choreography using Skeletal Mode. And to Render the animation to a file.
Using what you learnt in part 1 to make a mouth and eyes and make the mouth smile with help of a Relationship Percentage Pose.
Is about making an Action that is reusable in the Choreography. And about bitmaps as materials - eg. grass. And using a bitmap image as a tree making a Layer for it.
You will also learn to make a material in Animation Master.
Import a sound - some music and drag it to the Choreography. And learn to give the characters mouth nine poses for forming the words. Make a dope sheet to sync the words to the mouth movements.
Render the choreography with sound and lipsync to a file perhaps uploading it to a webserver to get a world audience!
