like to send you a little zip file. It includes 1)a project to create normal maps 2) the normal map, 3) a project wich use the normal map and last but not least 4) a very short readmefile how to place the images in Photoshop to create the normal map.

But what is it? Genetic Manipulations?
For sure it is nice... Can be useful in many situations... Discos... with some Keecats dancing... just have to make that Disco Music also... Someone knowing a free MusicMaking Program? and you will really get going with some music... perhaps having something to drink also...
But how to do it? The textfile does not say much... Really cryptic....
Make a WINK tutorial - why not - just some Screen Captures - and some text -
and also the Newbies will be glad... using A:M... understanding its possiblilities!

Yes, please do a video tutorial. Being able to produce usable normal maps without needing something like Zbrush would be a definite plus.
