There's gonna be a new 3D movie based on Shirow Masamune's Tank Police! The producer is Romanov Higa, who also made Urda. Urda was done with AM, maybe this new movie will be too! Can only hope

Who can call it? Is that AM or not?

Hmm...

I can't swear to it... but it does have some look of AM, but my opinion isn't scientific...

Here is my theory... if this particular producer has used AM successfully in the past with good results... would he be likely to dump all that knowledge and skill for another tool?

There isn't anything I saw in that clip that could not be done with AM... and done extremely well. Add to that AM's stellar character animation tools...

My guess would be yes.

The characters definitely look like they were done with AM.

I think he's using the same workflow he used on URDA: character animation in A:M, backgrounds and vehicles in LightWave. The explosions, in particular, look more like LightWave hypervoxels than A:M sprites.

Leona looks an awful lot like URDA's Janet, particularly the way her mouth is rigged.
