I have shaggy model setup and the pose made ,but when I reload him and make a new action ,I go new and get the bvh file but it don't play the action .It seems like its going over the same prosses as putting the bvh skeleton in again ,I'm using the walk and looking bvh file.Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, Steve:
Currently, because poses don't work the same way in 11 as they did in 8.5, you can't use a pose to make the skeleton constrain to the BVH file. What I would suggest is opening the previous BVH action you made, turning on Key Model and Key Contstraints, and copying the first keyframe. Then drag the BVH file from the Objects folder to a new Action, choose Capture Sequence on this new BVH shortcut, and then paste the keyframe you copied.
Hope this helps.

Jess: do a search on BVH and zandoriastudios here in the forum and Will Sutton's tutorial should pop up. As for BVH files, try "free BVH" on the almighty google. (Sorry, for you that should be "zen google," shouldn't it?)
