It is going rather slowly as many are finding it challenging to work with a previous person's chor. user posted image
I just got off the phone with the guy who is taking his turn to work on this project.
He's having a bit of a challenge understanding where to get started.
That is to say, there's a document which notes what frames in the timeline he's been assigned and he's found the character in the scene to not be in any sort of a pose as if it were just from the last frame of the work of the animater before the current guy. The character is sort of just at a strange angle, in the standard "arms out the sides" pose you'd normally find when rigging a character. He's wondering if it's supposed to be like that, or if his computer is having a problem with the chor file.
There's an action and some animation further down the timeline, about 2,000 frames. That part looks like it belongs there.
The point of this reply is to submit the thought that it might be helpful for each partcipant to be more detailed in there notes regarding the nature of the last frame they leave off at. Perhaps this could serve to reduce confusion about how the transition from the previous turn to this one could happen smoothly.
That's all.
I look forward to seeing the end result.
