I'm running into a situaton where my real-time rendering isn't working correctly. (In the rendering panel, not the Chor.) the movies I render out are junk, just a bunch of vertical lines. It's like it renders one row of pixels and then duplicates them down to fill the whole frame.

one other small annoyance.... (probably my fault) how do I get tooltips turned on? Usually, when you mouseover a button, it displays a little description of the button on the bar down in the lowermost left corner of my screen, only problem is, it displays the description for oh, about one twentieth of one second. Even I can't read THAT fast. What gives?

The realtime render issue is well known for the Mac users. It seems to only affect the users who have nVidia cards. This problem seems to be a hardware issue, from what I've heard, so unless you get a new ATI video card, you won't be able to realtime render to file.

Yeah... I'm running on a nividia graphics card. :-( Rats, that's a rather crippling issue when it comes to previewing animations. Thanks for the help though.
