Updated the Earth-Link Zero Wikia with info about the Raxis System, home of the Morningstar Pirates, as well as some other interesting little things related to the ELZ Universe (not every little thing is going to be included in ELZ/ELC; I will do more editing on the rest of the topics on the wikia tomorrow if possible).
