Animation:Master FAQ

Windows:

• First download: http://www.hash.com/ftp/pub/misc/rlmhostid.zip
• unzip that file to the desktop of the computer you want to transfer your A:M license to.
• For windows XP/Vista/Win 7
  • Go to Start Menu > Run > type ‘cmd’ without quotes [enter].
  • In the window type ‘cd desktop’ without quotes [enter] 
  • Now type ‘rlmhostid.exe’ with out quotes.
  • You will get ‘Hostid of this machine:’
  • Right click on the last number and select mark highlight all of the code after ‘Hostid of this machine:’
  • Email that to support@hash.com and they will send you a new .lic file.
  • Save the .lic file into the main program folder.

Mac:

• Download http://www.hash.com/ftp/pub/updates/osx/rlm_mac.zip
• Uzip the rlm folder to your desktop.
• Open Terminal under Applications > Utilities > Terminal.app
  • In Terminal type cd {space} then drag the rlm folder into the Terminal Window and hit {ENTER}
  • The command will look like this cd /Users/username/Desktop/rlm/  Now hit enter {ENTER}
  • Now type ./rlmutil rlmhostid and hit {ENTER}
• Copy and paste the code that it it outputs and send it to support@hash.com we will send you a new master0.lic file with you updated license.
